Corporate Coaching process

Coaching is intended for teams, managers and leaders. It is initiated by the organization to support a group (team, department, business unit, etc.) After a first session with the sponsor and the managers, the coaching sessions alternate between group and individual sessions. The system is adapted on a case-by-case basis according to demand and developments.

There are three phases to the Corporate Coaching process :

Co-diagnosis phase:
It allows you to set the coaching objectives in a SMARTER way: each objective is Specific, Measurable, Audacious, Realistic and Time-bound, and itself Evaluable and Re-evaluable

Knowledge transfer phase:
Necessary to achieve the objectives set, the knowledge is transmitted during individual and collective training sessions, then experienced with the support of coaching

Assessment phase:
At the end of the agreed deadlines, we carry out an assessment of the results, and measure both the progress made and the opportunities for development.

How many Coaching sessions are necessary?

It all depends on your request. The duration of the Coaching and the number of sessions are established after the “co-diagnosis” phase during which we take the time to discuss your objectives and specify them to define SMARTER objectives (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound, themselves Evaluable and Re-evaluable)

What is Generative Coaching?

Generative Coaching makes it possible to generate innovative solutions that could not have been developed otherwise. It is closely articulated with the Coach’s knowledge, abilities, practical experience and overarching principles and in particular with her/his talent to bring out and potentiate individual and collective resources.

What is the "Knowledge Transfer" phase?

During this stage, the knowledge to develop the appropriate skills is transmitted, in order to achieve your objectives. It is first of all theoretical knowledge which is then put into practice during the support phase and thus becomes new skills, resulting in an improved professional positionning.

How do I deal with resistance to change ?

Our support ethics are based on the principle that nothing is good or bad in itself and that it is possible to transform any situation into an opportunity for growth. Resisting is an essential step to go through, to then access the desired change.
