“Well-Being” Coaching is psychotherapeutic support which supports you and can help you get out of painful situations such as exhaustion or burnout, to fight against addiction, to face situations of harassment, to cope better with separation, illness or disability, bereavement or job loss. It helps you to fight your depression, to free you from your anxieties, to reduce the effects of a trauma.

The modalities of “Well-being” Coaching , or psychotherapy
The support offered consists of allowing you to express, in a supportive environment, your difficulties and sources of discomfort, and receive support in moving forward
Please note: the “Well-being” Coaching does not replace medical monitoring and does not replace a prescription for medication; on the other hand, it can be a very effective complement.

The first sessions are generally spaced one to two weeks apart, then the rhythm is adapted to your needs, generally every 2 weeks. - Duration of Well-being coaching

How do I know what type of Coaching I need?
If your wish is to improve the quality of your relationships, it is likely that “Well-being” Coaching is the most suitable.
If you have a specific goal to achieve, such as passing an interview or an exam, it is likely that you need a Performance Coaching
“Well-being” Coaching, or psychotherapy, allows you to benefit from the support you need to get through difficult times, to free yourself from what makes you suffer or from any obstacles from the past. A doubt remains? Contact us!
Can "Well-being" Coaching sessions replace Psychiatry sessions?
No : the “Well-being” Coaching sessions are psychotherapy sessions and do not replace medical monitoring. They can come in addition to medical follow-up, for example to take the time to decipher problematic situations and find strategies to get out of them.
Are "Well-being" Coaching sessions eligible to French National Health Insurance repayment ?
No, but some Private Health Insurance schemes cover all or part of the cost on simple presentation of an invoice. Check with your health insurance fund.

A complementary and very efficient approach: Therapeutic Groups
A therapeutic group brings together people already engaged in individual therapeutic work, or Well-being Coaching.
It is a unique opportunity to understand how you function and to experience a new way of being in the world, in a truer and more harmonious relationship with others.

Group therapy
In group therapy, each participant has a specific contract consistent with their overall growth objective, and which is articulated with their individual therapeutic approach. Group therapy is a very effective complement to individual therapy, however it does not replace it.
The therapist is in an equidistance which takes into account the singularity of each one and guarantees the group dynamics. The group lives and expresses itself in what is happening for it “here and now”, the therapist reflects to it what he identifies and understands of what is happening.

Rules of operation
Group therapy is governed by rules that are both protective and liberating:
- Respect : other participants, their uniqueness, their history, their beliefs
- Confidentiality : this extends to keeping the identity of the persons participating in the Therapeutic Group confidential.
- Commitment : to participate for the duration of the session
- Responsibility : each participant is free and responsible for his personal and social experience and all their consequences
- Personal involvement : everyone gets to work to make progress on their contract
- Confrontation : everyone can point out a contradiction, an inconsistency, a leak; This aims to promote awareness.
- Transparency : everyone agrees to express what touches them cognitively and emotionally and which concerns their contract, while preserving their privacy and without having to justify themselves.
- No acting out : everyone agrees not to touch someone without their permission, not to show violence or incite violence
Terms
Groups : 6 to 8 people
Two modalities :
- Residential stays over 3 consecutive days
- Periodic therapeutic groups: every one to two months over a day or half a day
Prerequisite to participate : be already engaged in regular individual therapeutic work
