Also called Growth and Personal Development Coaching, “Wellness” Coaching allows you to be accompanied and supported in your personal and professional growth. It allows you to discover and mobilize your abilities and talents, boost your motivation, and, better manage your uniqueness or your feeling of being out of step, for example a High level of ‘Intellectual’ or ‘Emotional’ Potential (HPI / HPE).

The modalities of “Wellness” Coaching
The “Wellness” Coaching can give you the tools that will support you in reaching an increased level of fulfillment. It is based on an alliance, in which you will be fully supported by the Coach. The individual being coached undertakes to maintain a real desire to move forward, supported and catalyzed by the Coach. It is the achievement of the objectives and a sufficient level of autonomy that determines the end of the Coaching.

Each session lasts 1 hour
- Modalities of the session
At home, or at work, remotely or at our face-to-face office, you choose
- Frequency of sessions
The first sessions are generally spaced one to two weeks apart, then the rhythm is adapted to your needs, generally every 2 to 3 weeks.
- Duration of Personal and/or Professional Development Coaching
Count a minimum of 5 sessions to make lasting changes.

How do I know what type of Coaching I need?
If your wish is to improve the quality of your relationships, it is likely that “Wellness” Coaching is the most suitable.
If you have a specific goal to achieve, such as passing an interview or an exam, it is likely that you need a Performance Coaching
“Well-being” Coaching, or psychotherapy, allows you to benefit from the support you need to get through difficult times, to free yourself from what makes you suffer from any obstacles from the past. Are you unsure if this is for you ? Contact us !
Can "Wellness" Coaching sessions replace Psychiatry sessions?
No: the “Wellness” Coaching sessions are psychotherapy sessions and do not replace medical monitoring. They can come in addition to medical follow-up, for example to take the time to decipher problematic situations and find strategies to get out of them.
Are "Wellness" Coaching sessions eligible to French National Insurance Health repayment ?
No, but some Private Health Insurance schemes cover all or part of the cost on simple presentation of an invoice. Check with your health insurance fund.
