Benevolent Compassionate counselling Training Program
Module 1
The basics of the human Psyche :
- Learn about ego identity and structure
- Identify the possible kinds of inner conflicts
- Understand what personnality is about
- Get the ability to address language through three different dimensions
Functioning of the relationship, from misunderstanding to meeting :
- Learn the language structure
- Identify communication parasites
- Get used to communication techniques
- Identify different types of transactions within a relationship
- Learn about different kinds of stratagems and of life positionning
- Understand the virtues and effectiveness of a correct Bio-logical order in a human system
Module 2
Change Process :
- Undertand the change process and the resistance mecanisms
- Understand the 5 steps of growth process along with decay process and related mecanisms
- Get some useful tools to make change process a success
The basics of Psychopathology :
- Understand what are normality, psychopathology and deviance
- Learn three types of human Psyche structures and how to recognize them
- Learn to distinguish different types of personalities, for a better understanding and support
Module 3
Vocation, Spirituality and Pneumatology:
- Understand what Pneuma is
- Understand the foundations of growth in the Pneuma
- Understand how Pneuma can be either of great support or a source of growth issue
- Learn how to provide an efficient pneumatological support, along with a psychological support
Module 4
Human Resources Management
- Learn the foundations of management
- Learn how to manage time, stress, conflict and crisis
- Learn how to distinguish the different types of managers and of management styles
Framework and practice of the compassionate counselling
- Learn how to conduct a compassionate counselling session
- Distinguish between the different existing types of compassionate counselling contracts
- Lay the optimal conditions for your installation as a practitioner in compassionate counselling
Training methods
- Four 3-day modules including experiential workshops (108 hours)
- Four collective supervision sessions of 5 hours (20 hours)
- Individual therapeutic follow-up (minimum 10 sessions)
- A follow-up in individual supervision (minimum 7 sessions)
- A certifying assessment (7 hours)
Assessment methods
- The final evaluation is done in the form of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions), backed by a clinical case study and also including opened questions
- The correction takes place in the form of a collective supervision
- Success in the assessment allows you to obtain the Certificate of Practitioner in Benevolent Compassionate counselling
