      Module 1

      Management and responsibility

      • Position yourself in the system constituted by the organization

      The way human Psyche works and associated psychopathologies, detection and prevention of burnout

      • Know the basics of the human Psyche: the structure and identity of the Ego

      Communication and Relationship, conflict and crisis management

      • Knowing language: its structure and its different expressions (verbal and non-verbal, language of emotions)

      Training methods

      • 4 Modules of 10 hours of training (40 hours)
      • 4 Master Classes of 4 hours (16 hours)
      • Training can take place intra-company or inter-company
